A personal travel film from Costa Rica, bringing landscapes, everyday scenes and movement together in an aftermovie of a two-week journey.

 

Starting point

This personal project began with a two-week journey through Costa Rica. The intention was to preserve the experience of travelling, rather than simply collect shots of the places visited.

My approach

I combined landscapes, everyday scenes and moments of movement. The edit connects those images into a continuous journey, moving between the scale of the surroundings and their details.

What the work shows

The aftermovie brings the trip together in a film with its own pace. It offers a view of how I observe a destination and build an audiovisual story from a real experience.
