// A FIRST MONTH OF WORK

What is already happening in your business.
What we could do with it.

I bring together information from your channels, projects and commercial conversations. We interpret it together and shape new business avenues, with a practical proposition to start from.

  1. Days 01–07

    Bring it together

Offer, projects, objectives and access to the information that already exists.

  2. Days 08–14

    Understand the activity

Who arrives, what interests them and where an enquiry stalls.

  3. Days 15–21

    Open up possibilities

Connect what we have learned to map and prioritise opportunities.

  4. Days 22–30

    Shape one avenue

Audience, creative concept, content, channels and an initial test.

An indicative outline. The first month is for analysis and proposals; production and launch are scoped around the project.

// WHAT WE LOOK AT

Put it in a business.

Each sector brings together its data, opportunity map and a proposition for day 30. The whole example changes when you choose another context.

Hypothetical examples. Fictional brands, figures and situations illustrate the work. They are not completed cases or promised outcomes.

OpportunitiesStep 2

Furniture & contract

Once we have the data, we create opportunities.

New audience

Become part of the project before the purchase.

What we see
Interior designers are enquiring, and there are two hotel projects to show.
The avenue to explore
Shape an offer for studios looking to furnish a complete project.
My part: turn it into a project
What we could make

A contract dossier, a film of a completed space and a page for requesting finishes or a quote. Google Ads could test contract furniture searches.

What we would review

Studio enquiries with a real project, timing and specific requirements.

Another market

Tell the collection’s story in the buyer’s language.

What we see
34% of sessions are in English; the commercial catalogue is Spanish only.
The avenue to explore
Explore international homeowners furnishing a property in Mallorca.
My part: turn it into a project
What we could make

An English presentation, a materials and use film, and a landing page explaining delivery, customisation and contact.

What we would review

English enquiries that fit the product, delivery area and budget.

An existing offer

Reopen a conversation with a better proposition.

What we see
Four proposals remain open; the notes repeat questions about finishes and installation.
The avenue to explore
Make the proposition easier to assess by answering what is holding up a decision.
My part: turn it into a project
What we could make

A short finishes and installation film, a simpler proposal and a clear next step for contacts it is appropriate to approach again.

What we would review

Useful responses, resolved questions and proposals moving forward.

BY DAY 30 / Furniture & contract

By day 30, a direction you can work with.

What we have understood

Channels, projects, audiences and the sales journey considered together.

The prioritised map

Avenues to explore, why they fit and what still needs testing.

The first proposition

Become part of the project before the purchase.

A brief with audience, concept, content, channels and criteria for assessing the test.

We can continue into a campaign and film, or leave a clear direction for your own team to develop.

// MARKET SOLO

Market Solo connects business signals.

My own system brings digital channel information into one database. Where it fits the project, that connected view helps interpret segments, demand and commercial response to identify what deserves investigation.

The tool supports analysis; opportunity selection and test design are part of the work we agree with you.

04 / FAQ

Before we start

Answers to help define what your project needs. The final scope is agreed with you around goals, channels and available assets.

What could we have in 30 days?

A reading of the existing activity, a prioritised opportunity map and a proposition for testing one avenue. Timing depends on scope and when information becomes available.

Do I need every channel shown?

No. We work with those you use. Where data is missing, we draw on projects, conversations and research, making clear what is known and what needs testing.

Do you automatically have access to my contacts?

No. We agree what information is needed and how to share it through limited access or exports. Reviewing a history does not imply contacting those people.

Does the first month include a campaign launch?

This example covers analysis and a proposition. Filming, content, implementation, management and advertising spend are scoped around the avenue chosen.

How does the map become creative work?

We choose an avenue and I develop its concept, narrative and proposed content. It could become a film, an advertising campaign, a commercial presentation or a landing page with a specific objective.

// CONNECTED SERVICES

An opportunity needs a proposition and execution.

If the offer needs a clearer expression, we can continue with creative strategy. If we know what to test, we can develop the video, ads and campaign landing page.
