La Ventana Azul is a surf hostel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria known for its social atmosphere and activity-based experience. My role was to film and produce promotional content during a two-week stay, showcasing both the surf culture and the community lifestyle that makes the hostel unique.
The Challenge:
Sell the feeling of staying there, not just the rooms.
Turning atmosphere into visual content
Hostels are chosen as much for their vibe as for their facilities. The challenge was to communicate the hostel’s relaxed, welcoming personality while showing the variety of experiences guests can enjoy.
Content needed to feel authentic, spontaneous and fun — highlighting surf sessions, group activities and the social connections that turn a short stay into a memorable experience.

The final piece delivered a warm, energetic and approachable brand image that helped communicate the hostel’s personality instantly. Its strongest result was being selected as hero content for the website homepage for an extended period, becoming a key visual asset that welcomed visitors and set expectations from the very first second.
